I would highly recommend this care provider. I’ve been using Continuity Of Care for over two years. When I first came on board with this company, it was the company owner that came out to start doing my care. She delivered my care for the first two weeks and then slowly introduced other carers to me. This helped me immensely as this was the first time I had received care in my home and I was very anxious. Since then, I have built up a good relationship with the company. They are always on time and professional and very good at communicating with me.

This company has provided 24/7 care for the last two and a half years via NHS CHC. The patient lives in her own home and suffers from very complex physical, communication and mental health needs. They have trained, built and maintained a team of 10 staff in very challenging circumstances. Throughout they have provided a reliable and totally person-centred approach and have, without doubt, enabled her continuing progress towards recovery.

Monday is definitely the best day of the week for me, as that’s the day I pick up EH, and off we go to Lainey’s Care Farm. Since I started supporting EH at the farm, I have seen a huge change in how she interacts with the other students and happily gets stuck into any task she takes part in. I began working with EH in May, and we have formed a strong bond. Seeing EH enjoy her day is so rewarding, and she really has grown in confidence and learned new skills. Keep up the good work, EH - you are doing so well!

The care my sister has received from Continuity Care over the last few years has been exceptional. I have now had the pleasure of meeting a few of the carers at J’s home and find them cheerful, caring, and professional. Also, I have taken J to a couple of fundraising afternoon teas held at the offices of Continuity Care and have met office staff, all of whom know J and are so welcoming. I know J is happy and well cared for, and she looks forward to seeing them. Keep up the good work.

EH is fully engaged in her tasks, she appears happy and giggly and is communicating her feelings / wants/ needs so well. It is so nice to see how much more confident she is, when before she would get frustrated in trying to be understood, to now being so relaxed and happy as a result of Faye natural ability as her PA. Faye remains a brilliant carer for EH they clearly have a special bond that enables Faye to bring out the very best in EH. I just wanted to let you know not only my thoughts but all Laineys staff too. Well done EH and Faye its a pleasure to have you both at the farm.
